Empowerment of the youth and reduction of youth unemployment remains our strategic CSR drive in Nigeria and Alimosho in particular. Every quarter we empower hundreds of youth to be completely independent. As regard the Broodstock value chain of the fish industry we train interested and shortlisted beneficiaries on every aspect of broodstock production and that is not all, all who completes the training are given number of fingerlings, fish tanks, appropriate fish feed  and any other accessories the association deems appropriate for beneficiaries to succeed FREE. The idea is that the beneficiary would nurture the initial fingerlings to the point  of selling to the next level of value chain then buy  the next batch murture and sell and the circle continues until the beneficially truly becomes financially independent.
