Empowerment of the youth and reduction of youth unemployment remains our strategic CSR drive in Nigeria and Alimosho in particular. Every quarter we empower hundreds of youth to be completely independent. As regard the Processing value chain of the fish industry we train interested and shortlisted beneficiaries on every aspect of modern fish processing and that is not all, all who completes the training are given quantity table fish and FIIRO standard oven and any other thing the association deems appropriate for beneficiaries to succeed free. The idea is that the beneficiary would process and sell the initial free  table fish with free oven we provided and then buy  the next batch process and sell and the circle continues until the beneficially truly becomes financially independent.
